Bill Utterback

 

                               Bill comes to us with a background in sales and marketing, as well as many years spent in the telecommunications field. An Amarillo native, Bill graduated from Amarillo High School and attended Amarillo College, as well as professional development and quality management courses through the Deming Institute, Qualpro and others. He has worked as a consultant to the US National Archives and Records Administration, Smithsonian Institution and other governmental groups.
